Etiquette

Before Class

• Turn off cell phones and pagers and leave them in the lobby. Never bring them into the breathing room!
• Sign in and print legibly.
• Arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
• First time students arrive 15 minutes before class.
• Have clean feet and be perfume free.
• Ask questions either before or after class, but not during the class.

During Class

• Refrain from talking in the breathing room.
• Do your very best to stay in the breathing room once class begins. If an emergency requires you to leave, please leave and re-enter as quietly as possible.
• Honor the silence of the room by moving quietly.
• Remain without critical judgment and be with yourself only

After Class

• Observe silence after the class has finished
• Leave the room quietly.
• Take an epsom salt bath within 48 hours after class to remove toxins
