First Timers

Attending a Breathnazium class or a private session is one of the most important steps you may take for yourself, your family, and the world around you.

Here's what you should know before you attend your first Breathnazium class, or private session:

If you feel apprehensive or scared, no problem, many people feel that way initially. Just maintain your decision to come class. Genie designed this class specifically for beginners; with a little practice you will have mastered the rhythmic breath that you are taught.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class. This gives us time for registration and orientation. Arriving early ensures that the class starts on time and you feel calm and relaxed for your breathing class.

The beginner's breath is for everyone and is very easy to do. Come to class, and with the guidance of your facilitator dive into your breath and listen to the language of love, awaken your heart and feel good about you and your life.

Dress in comfortable clothes. You can either sit on the floor on a cushion or on a seat so you will need clothes that allow your body to breathe and be comfortable. Classes run approximately forty minutes.

We understand and respect that you may have achieved a lot in your life, and may have practiced many techniques and be well versed in theories and technologies. However, to gain the most from your Breathanzium experience we ask that you come without pre conceived ideas and be open to doing the breath as the facilitator instructs you.

We have found that those who know the least or come with the willingness to practice our breath technology without combining it with other practices, gain the greatest benefits.

We do not speak about issues at the Breathnazium ~ only breathe ~ deeply and with conviction; awakening the capacity to heal and celebrate life's unlimited potential and empowerment. As we breathe together, a profound explosion of oneness fills the space. As you let go and move into the rhythm of breath, the beauty of the feminine spirit is revealed.

It's normal to feel bodily sensations, such as tingling fingers and toes, or a warmth in the chest area. As you move into the advanced classes these will disappear and will be replaced by deep states of calm, inner peace and self-love.

We maintain an environment of non-judgment at the Breathnazium. The facilitator will guide you and instruct you, always with compassion and respect. No need to be self-conscious.

We recommend that you continue your breathing and attend classes regularly to accelerate your shift. You will be given the opportunity to participate in regular classes, private sessions, or in our home breathing program - whatever you feel is best for you.

So there you go... just breathe.... Pick a convenient time and come to class as quickly as you can. We look forward to breathing with you.
